Modern EcoLiving is a company established to provide Energy Performance Certificates, HIPs, Floor Plans and Domestic Energy Assessments with a view to improving the energy efficiency of houses for both home-owners and industry professionals.

With HND training in Building Studies and various property development schemes completed Modern EcoLiving was established by Jonathan Eves after studying with the National Home Energy Rating (NHER) centre and Surveyors And Valuers Association (SAVA).

As well as offering services to aid with the marketing and sale of residential properties Modern EcoLiving aims to improve overall energy efficiency in properties with a view to making financial savings, reduce CO2 emissions and establish more self-sufficiency for home-owners.
